Payment Types

 

We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and Mastercard only.  Gratuities may NOT be added to your card or check.  You may use cash or a separate check made out to the individual serice provider.

 

 Cancellation Policy

 

We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations.  Failure to cancel on time will result in the full charge of the scheduled visit.

 

Gift Certificates

 

Give a "Gift of Beauty".  All gift certificates are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.  Telephone or mail orders are available.  All sales are final and refunds are not available.

 

Return Policy

 

If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you may exchange it within ten (10) days of purchase for a more suitable item or receive store credit. 

 Helpful hints for your spa visit

  1. Drink plenty of water before and after any spa treatment.  Please allow one (1) hour after meals before any spa treatment.
  2. Pregnant women, individuals with varicose veins, high blood pressure or any medical condition should avoid any spa services invoving heat treatments.  Please consult with your therapist prior to any service.           
  3. Please disclose any medical condition(s), prescription medication(s), recent surgery, allergies or physical disabilities prior to any spa treatment.

 

  1. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to any personal property.  Please leave your valuables at home.
